Job Title: Executive Assistant to PR Head (BD – Corporate Sales) Company: Vision PR Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat Type: Full-time | On-site --- About the Role: Vision PR is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Executive Assistant to the PR Head to support top-level management and drive Business Development (BD) initiatives under the Corporate sales division. The role includes strategic coordination, client communication, and execution support for large-scale projects such as the Christmas Carnival Exhibition and other corporate events.
--- Key Responsibilities: Assist the PR Head in daily operations, planning, and coordination. Manage communication, scheduling, and follow-ups with corporate clients and internal teams. Lead Business Development activities — identify, approach, and onboard potential exhibitors, sponsors, and partners. Oversee corporate décor, branding, and exhibition setup during major events like the Christmas Carnival. Prepare reports, presentations, and progress trackers for business performance. Coordinate with creative, marketing, and operations teams to ensure timely project execution. Handle confidential communication, document preparation, and client proposals.
--- Performance Measurement: Target achievement in stall and sponsorship bookings. Growth in corporate business partnerships. Timely completion and quality of event décor and project deliverables. Effective coordination and support to PR Head.
--- Preferred Qualifications: Graduate or Postgraduate in Business, PR, or Marketing. 1–3 years of experience in Executive Assistance / Business Development / Event Coordination. Strong communication, presentation, and multitasking skills. Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and client coordination tools.
