Job Purpose: Lead - Retail Marketing (Cityside Development) is responsible for developing and executing strategic retail marketing initiatives to enhance commercial revenue and customer experience in the airport cityside precinct. This role focuses on attracting premium brands, optimizing tenant performance, and driving customer engagement through innovative marketing campaigns and data-driven insights. By collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders, the role ensures seamless retail operations, enhances brand positioning, and maximizes business opportunities in alignment with the airport's commercial growth strategy.

Responsibilities

Purpose:

Adani Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead for Public Relations to lead strategic communication efforts for our real estate development projects. This role will be responsible for shaping public perception, managing media relations, and driving brand visibility across hospitality, Retail, Offices, Convention Centers in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Jaipur and Lucknow. 

The ideal candidate will have 12-15 years of experience in Public Relations. They should be experienced in making compelling narratives around new developments and milestones and developing PR strategies. This position will report to the Head of Business Development.

Roles and Responsibilities

As the Lead - Convention Center, you will be responsible for:

  • Develop and execute PR strategies aligned with corporate and project-specific goals.
  • raft compelling narratives around new developments, milestones, and community impact.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local, national, and industry media. 
  • Manage press releases, media kits, and proactive pitching to secure coverage.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, and news media outlets.
  • Organize press conferences, site visits, and public events to promote projects.
  • Oversee creation of PR content including articles, speeches, blogs, and social media posts.
  • Collaborate with marketing and digital teams for integrated campaigns.
  • Track media coverage, sentiment analysis, and PR campaign performance.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior management.
Qualifications
Education Qualification
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or related field
  • MBA will be preferred
Certification Required

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in media monitoring tools and PR analytics platforms
  • Proficiency in Design & Publishing tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite

  • Proven track record of successful media campaigns and crisis management
  • Proven record of managing  press releases, media kits etc.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to manage both internal and external stakeholders
