Job Timing: 09:00 to 18:00 (Monday to Saturday)

Job Location: GHB, Ichchhapore, Surat, Gujarat

Reporting: Sr. Accountant

Responsibilities:

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist in day-to-day accounting operations (purchase, sales, bank entries, journal entries).
  • Maintain and update books of accounts in Tally/ERP system.
  • Support monthly closing activities—reconciliation, ledger scrutiny, trial balance review.
  • Prepare and maintain vendor/customer ledgers and follow up for outstanding payments.
  • Assist in payroll processing and statutory compliance working (GST, TDS, PF/ESI).
  • Handle invoice preparation, expense verification, and petty cash management.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and audit requirements.
  • Support senior accountants in preparing financial reports and MIS.
  • Ensure accurate data entry, filing, and documentation as per company policies.

Required Skills

  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in Tally/ERP, MS Excel, and MS Office.
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
