Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to support our finance and accounting team. The candidate will assist in managing day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining records, and ensuring accuracy in all accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update day-to-day accounting records in Tally/ERP system.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable entries.
  • Prepare and process invoices, expense vouchers, and bank reconciliation statements.
  • Assist in preparation of monthly/quarterly financial reports.
  • Support senior accountants during audits and financial reviews.
  • Maintain proper documentation of bills, receipts, and vouchers.
  • Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and vendors for payment follow-ups.
  • Assist in payroll processing and petty cash management.

Key Skills Required:

  • Knowledge of Tally ERP / Excel / MS Office
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles
  • Familiarity with GST, TDS & basic tax compliance
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and numerical accuracy

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
