Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Female Junior Accountant to join our finance team at PagarGuru. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in handling GST, TDS filings, net banking transactions, and general accounting functions.

Responsibilities

GST Management

  • Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual GST returns.
  • Ensure compliance with GST laws and regulations.
  • Handle GST reconciliation and manage related records.

TDS Compliance

  • Calculate and deduct TDS as per statutory requirements.
  • Prepare and file TDS returns on time.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of TDS payments.

Net Banking Transactions

  • Manage and process online payments, fund transfers, and bank account reconciliations.
  • Maintain accurate records of all net banking transactions.
  • Monitor bank balances and transaction history for accuracy.

General Accounting Tasks

  • Manage daily accounting transactions in Tally or similar accounting software.
  • Perform monthly bank and accounts reconciliation.
  • Maintain accurate records for auditing purposes.

Payroll Support

  • Assist in payroll processing and deductions, including handling statutory payments.
  • Calculate taxes and manage payroll entries.

Financial Reporting

  • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports.
  • Assist with end-of-year closing processes.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1-2 years of accounting experience, particularly in GST, TDS filings, and net banking transactions.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and net banking platforms.
  • Strong understanding of GST and TDS regulations.
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
