We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, hands-on experience (or training) in Tally software, and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record day-to-day financial transactions and maintain accurate ledgers.
  • Handle data entry and bookkeeping using Tally ERP.
  • Prepare and maintain sales, purchase, and expense records.
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Support in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance-related activities.
  • Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and auditors as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP (mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and other office applications.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and time management skills.

Preferred:

  • Prior experience of up to 0- 2 years in accounting or bookkeeping (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Knowledge of GST, TDS, and invoice processing.
