Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Executive – Sales to drive growth for Buktym. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to build lasting client relationships. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, conducting product demos, and converting leads into long-term customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and lead generation.
  • Build, develop, and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Conduct product presentations and demos to potential clients.
  • Convert leads into sales by effectively communicating value propositions.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
  • Maintain client databases and provide regular sales reports.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience (preferably in SaaS, tech, or services sector).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
