Key Responsibilities: - Lead sales efforts for an Ultra Luxury High Rise Residential Project. - Collaborate with the marketing team on lead generation. - Manage the CRM system effectively. Qualifications Required: - Proven sales leadership experience in the luxury residential real estate segment. - Personality and charisma to engage with high-end clientele and represent the Auro brand effectively. - Successful completion of sales for at least 3 large-scale projects from launch to closure. - Demonstrated sales leadership and people management skills. - Minimum of 18 years of relevant experience. - Drive, motivation, and ability to think innovatively with a solutions-oriented approach. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field would be advantageous.
