Job Summary:
The Sales Head will be responsible for driving sales operations and revenue growth for
high-rise residential apartments and premium villa projects
. This role involves leading the sales team, developing strategic sales and marketing plans, managing channel partners, and ensuring achievement of sales targets while maintaining strong brand positioning in the market.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies for multiple ongoing and upcoming high-rise and villa projects.
- Define pricing, sales targets, and revenue goals in line with business objectives.
- Forecast monthly and quarterly sales performance based on market trends and inventory.
- Lead the end-to-end sales process including lead generation, site visits, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Drive pre-launch, launch, and post-launch sales strategies for residential projects.
- Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Set clear KPIs and monitor performance through regular reviews and guidance.
- Foster a results-driven and customer-focused sales culture.
- Ensure timely communication and coordination with all external sales associates.
- Oversee customer engagement activities and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Resolve escalated client issues and ensure smooth coordination between sales, CRM, and project teams.
- Represent the brand at exhibitions, property shows, and promotional events.
- Monitor competitor projects, pricing, and marketing strategies in the local market.
- Provide insights and recommendations for project positioning and differentiation.
- Identify new geographies and buyer segments to expand market presence.
- Collaborate with the Marketing, CRM, Finance, and Project Execution teams to ensure smooth delivery.
- Prepare detailed MIS reports on sales performance, forecasts, and revenue achievements.
- Present monthly and quarterly sales reviews to top management.
