Looker & LookML (CG Nation)

  • Build, optimize, and maintain Looker dashboards for business, finance, operations, and leadership teams.
  • Develop LookML models, explores, and semantic layers.
  • Improve query performance and build reusable datasets.
  • Identify gaps in current reporting and redesign improved models.

BigQuery & SQL

  • Manage BigQuery data warehouse architecture, tables, partitions, and data transformations.
  • Write optimized SQL queries for large datasets.
  • Build ETL/ELT flows and automate data refreshes.

Power BI & MSDBC (Victory Solutions)

  • Create advanced Power BI dashboards for financial and operational reporting.
  • Develop DAX measures, data models, relationships, and reusable templates.
  • Connect Power BI with MSDBC Finance App, build factdimension models, and handle refresh schedules.

Cross-Functional Ownership

  • Work directly with:

  • Finance teams

  • US clients & internal leaders

  • CG Nation product ops & reporting teams

  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Technical Ownership

  • Act as the single point owner for BI across companies.
  • Manage data quality, governance, models, and documentation.
  • Drive automation, efficiency, and new reporting initiatives.
  • Mentor internal teams & set up standards for analytics.

Required Skills

Core Technical Skills

  • Strong SQL (BigQuery preferred)
  • Looker + LookML experience
  • Power BI (Power Query, DAX, advanced modelling)
  • ETL/ELT concepts
  • Understanding of APIs & data pipelines
  • Experience with MS Dynamics 365 Business Central (Finance App) is a huge plus

  • Excellent written & verbal communication
  • Ability to handle US clients independently
  • Strong problem-solving & ownership mindset
  • Ability to architect solutions and work with minimal guidance
