About Team

  • The Business Intelligence and Visualizations Center of Excellence (BI CoE) team oversees the enterprise-wide analytics and data visualization platforms at Fortrea. It plays a key role in enabling data-driven decision-making by standardizing tools, ensuring data governance, and supporting business units with scalable reporting solutions. The team also fosters innovation, promotes data literacy, and ensures that analytics practices align with organizational goals.

Experience/Educational Qualification

  • 0 - 1 years of experience in SQL, Python, R Script, Power BI or other BI Platforms.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or other relevant degrees

Job Responsibilities

  • Review the current analytics best practices to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement, ensuring more efficient and scalable processes across teams.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the available BI analytics toolsets and collaborate with business stakeholders to implement reporting solutions that meet their operational and strategic requirements.
  • Participate in the implementation of next-generation BI use cases that leverage AI capabilities, allowing users to query data and generate visualizations using natural language interfaces.
  • Assist project teams in transitioning reports and dashboards from legacy BI platforms to Power BI, ensuring continuity, accuracy, and performance throughout the migration process.
  • Collaborate with support teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to Power BI and Tableau reporting applications, maintaining reliability and user satisfaction.
