Indiawalls Infratech Pvt Ltd, a rapidly growing precast wall manufacturer and installer, is seeking a Customer Relationship Manager to strengthen our client engagement and support. The role requires a dynamic individual who can build and maintain long-term customer relationships, resolve client queries, and ensure customer satisfaction at every stage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and clients.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Maintain client records and update reports as required.
  • Follow up with clients for feedback, service satisfaction, and future opportunities.
  • Contribute to enhancing customer experience and retention.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred, but not mandatory).
  • Computer knowledge with ability to handle MS Office, emails, and CRM tools.
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in English is essential.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to multitask.
  • Immediate joiner preferred.
