Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager of Sales located in Kanpur. The Manager of Sales will oversee sales operations, develop and execute business plans, provide exceptional customer service, and drive revenue growth. The role involves analyzing market trends, managing customer relationships, and coordinating with various departments to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Sales Operations and Customer Service skills
  • Strong Analytical Skills and Business Planning abilities
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the manufacturing or technology industry is a plus
