Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer, located in Alwar. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include conducting product presentations, fielding customer inquiries, providing technical advice, and collaborating with the sales and technical teams to meet customer needs.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales Engineering and providing Technical Support
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven track record in Sales and account management
- Ability to understand and explain technical products and services
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Experience in the industrial equipment sector is a plus
