Job Role- Data ScientistJob Type- ContractDuration- 3 months with possible extension as per the performance.Work mode- onsite(5.5 days in a week)Location - HyderabadWe’re looking for a multi-skilled Data Scientist. This strategic role involves driving digital transformation initiatives across sales, procurement, supply chain, and CXO-level decision support.You’ll work on end-to-end development of projects such as predictive models, weather-linked demand forecasting, pricing algorithms, logistics optimization, mobile app analytics, gamification, and stakeholder dashboards.Key ResponsibilitiesForecasting & Predictive Modelling: Build demand and price prediction models for dairy and agri-based products.Logistics Optimization: Develop algorithms for route planning and vehicle utilization using optimization techniques.Analytics & Insights: Create dashboards and generate insights from CRM, ERP, GPS, and app data.Gamification & App Analytics: Collaborate with mobile and marketing teams to enhance user engagement.Cloud & Data Engineering: Automate data pipelines (Python + SQL) and deploy models on cloud platforms.Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business leaders to define problems, present analytical solutions, and promote adoption.Skills & CompetenciesMust Have: Python, SQL, Machine Learning, Time-Series Forecasting, Power BI, Optimization ModelsPreferred: Cloud platforms (AWS), Firebase/App Analytics Tools, Google OR-Tools/PuLP, Gamification ConceptsBonus: R, NLP/CV, Deep Learning, APIs for weather/inventoryQualificationB.Tech/M.Tech/M.Sc. in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related fieldsCertifications in Python, ML, or Cloud preferredMBA or business exposure is a plusIdeal Candidate3–6 years of experience in data science rolesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsHands-on experience in forecasting, optimization, app analytics, and dashboardsIndependent contributor with cross-functional collaboration skillsWhy Join UsWork directly on digital strategy initiatives with senior leadershipFreedom to experiment with AI/ML in real-world business scenariosCross-functional exposure across sales, procurement, IT, and supply chain
