  • The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for managing the overall HR activities of the organization and
  • providing strategic and operational support to program teams. Lead end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
  • Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, etc.) and timely regulatory reporting.
  • Administer payroll and employee benefits with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Design & Implement HR policies, systems, and processes aligned to organisational goals.
  • Facilitate employee engagement, capacity building, and grievance redressal mechanisms.
  • Suggest leadership and program teams on strategic HR planning and human resource management.Holds an MBA in Human Resource Management.
  • Bring a minimum of 6 years' progressive HR experience, ideally in the non-profit or social impact sector.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of HR statutory compliances (PF, ESIC etc.).
  • Showcase proven expertise in payroll and benefits management.
  • Exhibit excellent communication, interpersonal, and people management skills.
  • Thrive in a collaborative, diverse, and multi-state organisational environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45, ₹54,000.00 per month
