Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resource Manager to lead our HR department. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that align with our business goals, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Lead all HR initiatives, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee development. - Design and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to enhance organizational effectiveness. - Provide strategic guidance to management on HR-related issues and support employee relations. - Analyze employee feedback and implement programs to improve workplace culture and retention. - Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, managing HR risk effectively. - Oversee compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent. - Manage HR budgets and forecasting accurately. Requirements - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in an HR managerial role with a focus on strategic HR functions. - Strong understanding of labor laws, employment regulations, and compliance. - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. - Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization. - Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach. - Proven experience in change management and driving cultural transformation.
