The HR Manager will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, compliance, and strategic HR planning to align with business objectives. Key Responsibilities - - Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's goals. - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding. - Oversee employee lifecycle management: hiring, onboarding, engagement, performance, and exit formalities. - Ensure legal compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices. - Design and manage performance appraisal systems and reward programs. - Foster a positive workplace culture by addressing grievances, conflicts, and employee concerns. - Plan and execute training & development programs to enhance employee skills. - Maintain HR records, payroll coordination, and employee data management. - Develop HR policies and ensure their proper implementation across the organization. - Work with senior management to forecast workforce needs and plan manpower accordingly. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field. - Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role. - Strong knowledge of HR functions (talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, training, employee relations, labor law, etc.). - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution abilities.
