Senior HR Administrator

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Administrator located in Ranchi. The Senior Human Resources Administrator is responsible for overseeing HR management, benefits administration, and the operation and maintenance of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). The role includes ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, developing HR policies, managing employee relations, and supporting organizational development initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 6+ years of HR and administration experience
  • HR Management and Human Resources (HR) experience
  • Proficiency in Benefits Administration and HR Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Handle payroll, compliance, and statutory requirements
  • Drive employee engagement, training, and performance management
  • Act as a trusted advisor to management on HR strategies
