We are a dynamic startup on a high-growth trajectory. Our founding team is looking for a hungry and proactive junior Business Development Associate (BDA/BDE) to be a force multiplier. Your Mission:
To directly support the founding team in generating pipeline, building market presence, and establishing key customer relationships that drive our business forward.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Market Intelligence:
- Work directly with founders to identify and research new market opportunities, target segments, and ideal customer profiles.
 - Proactively generate qualified leads through diligent research, social selling (LinkedIn), and other outbound channels.
 - Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline in our CRM.
 
2. Event Execution & Presence:
Be a key participant in industry events, conferences, and conclaves. This includes:
Pre-Event: Conducting research on attendees, helping set goals, and preparing marketing/branding collateral.
- At-Event: Exhibiting our product, confidently engaging attendees, generating leads, and representing our brand.
 - Post-Event: Conducting analysis on ROI, following up with leads meticulously, and preparing detailed event summary reports.
 
3. Founding Team Support & Coordination:
- Provide direct support to founders for meetings: preparation of pitch decks, one-pagers, and briefing documents.
 - Maintain excellent customer relations through professional and timely communication.
 - Handle crucial coordination between clients, partners, and the internal team.
 
4. Strategic Operations:
- Plan, organize, and manage the monthly calendar of activities, campaigns, and events.
 - Prepare and present regular reports on lead generation, outreach metrics, and campaign results to the founding team.

Qualifications:
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role. (Fresh graduates with relevant project experience are encouraged to apply).
 - Proficiency in Google Workspace/MS Office Suite.
 - Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or a CRM is a strong plus.
