Job Overview

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Hyderabad office. This full-time, junior-level position requires 1 to 3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will serve as a vital link between our business and clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering relationships. The role demands strong skills in conflict resolution, active listening, time management, and proficiency in English and Telugu.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Must have at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably within the IT services or marketing industry.
  • Required skills include conflict resolution to effectively handle client concerns and enhance satisfaction.
  • Proficient in active listening to address customer queries and feedback accurately and promptly.
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and handle multiple inquiries efficiently.
  • Strong command of English and Telugu to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Experience in client relations to build and maintain positive relationships with a diverse client base.
  • Understanding of business development principles to assist in promoting and growing client accounts.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to identify client needs and offer appropriate solutions proactively.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming client inquiries and provide timely and accurate information regarding our services.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing issues promptly and effectively.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align customer service initiatives with business objectives.
  • Document client interactions and maintain detailed records in the company's customer relationship management system.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance client experiences and improve service delivery.
  • Conduct follow-up communications to ensure ongoing client satisfaction and gather feedback.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve customer service goals and contribute to departmental improvements.
