As a Multilingual Customer Service Representative (Portuguese / Polish / Finnish), you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries across calls, chats, and emails. You'll work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer requests while maintaining a high level of service in your respective language.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries across phone, chat, and email in Portuguese, Polish, or Finnish.
  • Assist customers with order-related issues, including status updates, returns, and modifications.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
  • Explain ongoing offers, discounts, and promotions clearly.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of global geography and market dynamics.
  • Exhibit empathy, patience, and problem-solving skills in every interaction.
  • Demonstrate excellent multitasking and navigation skills across systems.
  • Participate in team discussions to share insights and improve processes.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in the e-commerce sector.
  • Proficiency in Portuguese, Polish, or Finnish (spoken and written).
  • Familiar with e-commerce logistics and platforms like Amazon and eBay.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and a team-first mindset.
