Key Responsibilities
• Proactively reach out to childcare centers, preschools, and daycare owners through calls, emails, social media, and events.
• Respond to inbound inquiries and follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.
• Conduct product demos (online/onsite) to showcase ChildEra's features.
• Understand client pain points (billing, attendance, compliance, payroll, lesson planning) and tailor solutions.
• Negotiate pricing and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets.
• Maintain accurate lead and sales data in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to maximize customer satisfaction and referrals.
• Stay updated on industry trends (childcare licensing, payroll compliance, childcare subsidies) to consult customers effectively.

Required Skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (phone, email, Zoom, in-person).
• Strong negotiation and closing ability.
• Ability to understand software products and explain benefits in simple terms.
• Customer-first mindset with empathy and patience.
• Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple prospects.
• Comfortable working with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in sales (preferably SaaS, EdTech, or childcare-related services).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Familiarity with childcare/education industry is a plus.
