Key Responsibilities
CRM & Customer Communication

  • Call and engage with customers to gather feedback and strengthen relationships.
  • Maintain and update customer data for segmentation and retargeting.
  • Share insights from customer interactions with the marketing team.

Performance Marketing Oversight

  • Coordinate with digital agencies to review ad performance (Meta, Google, etc.).
  • Evaluate key metrics — CTR, ROAS, CAC, conversions and share weekly insights with the founder.
  • Provide expert feedback on ad creatives, audience targeting, and campaign optimisation opportunities.

Insights & Strategy

  • Identify emerging trends from CRM and campaign data, what's driving conversions and what isn't.
  • Help translate performance numbers into strategic actions (e.g., "this ad has great CTR but low ROAS, let's tweak the landing page").
  • Stay updated on wellness and digital trends that can inform campaign direction.

Who You Are

  • Have 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, CRM, or performance marketing.
  • Understands marketing metrics deeply, not just how to read them, but how to improve them.
  • Comfortable using Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Shopify.
  • Can communicate insights clearly and confidently with the founder.
