Job Title: Head of Marketing Communications

Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra

Reporting To: MD / Director of Marketing

Role Summary

We are hiring for a company that is seeking visionary and execution-driven Head of Marketing Communications to lead brand strategy, integrated campaigns, and stakeholder engagement across its real estate portfolio. This role will shape public perception, drive buyer interest, and elevate the brand across residential, commercial, and plotted development segments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Strategy: Define and evolve Mauli Infra's brand identity across projects and platforms.
  • Campaign Leadership: Drive 360° campaigns across digital, print, outdoor, and activation channels.
  • Content & Collateral: Oversee creation of brochures, videos, press releases, investor decks, and social media content.
  • Media & PR: Manage media relations, PR agencies, and ensure consistent earned media coverage.
  • Digital Amplification: Collaborate with digital teams for SEO, SEM, and performance marketing.
  • Event Marketing: Lead launch events, site showcases, and community engagement initiatives.
  • Internal Comms: Align messaging across sales, CRM, and leadership teams.
  • Budget & ROI: Own marketing communications budget and track campaign effectiveness.

Candidate Profile

  • 10–15 years of experience in marketing communications, preferably in real estate, infrastructure, or lifestyle sectors.
  • Proven success in brand building, campaign execution, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong leadership and agency/vendor management skills.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability.

Bonus Skills

  • Experience with CRM tools and marketing automation.
  • Exposure to regional language campaigns and multilingual content.
  • Familiarity with real estate buyer journeys and sales funnels.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000, ₹1,500,000.00 per year
