About the Role:

We are looking for a highly experienced and dynamic Head – Civil to lead our projects for a township including residential, commercial buildings, and infrastructure works. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and proven experience in handling large-scale projects from planning to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee planning, execution, and completion of township, residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
  • Lead and supervise project teams, contractors, and consultants.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per quality standards.
  • Manage approvals, compliance, and coordination with authorities.
  • Implement best practices in construction management, safety, and sustainability.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in handling large-scale residential & commercial projects.
  • Proven track record of leading township and infrastructure developments.
  • Strong knowledge of project management, contracts, and cost control.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
