Job Summary:

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Project Engineer to manage and support the successful execution of PEB projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in site execution, project planning, coordination with internal departments, and client interaction. This role involves overseeing technical activities, ensuring quality compliance, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage PEB project execution at site level, including erection activities.
  • Study and understand construction drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
  • Plan and monitor daily/weekly site activities and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams (design, production, logistics) for seamless execution.
  • Supervise erection teams and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and engineering standards.
  • Ensure availability of materials, equipment, and manpower as per project requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain site documentation, reports, and progress updates.
  • Identify and resolve on-site issues or delays with prompt communication to relevant stakeholders.
  • Participate in project review meetings and provide technical inputs when needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 2–5 years of experience in PEB project execution or similar construction/steel structure projects.
  • Strong understanding of PEB systems, erection processes, and steel detailing.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction and fabrication drawings.
  • Familiarity with project scheduling, quality checks, and safety standards.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or project planning tools is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel or be stationed at project sites as required.
