Key Responsibilities

  • Project Budget Tracking - Tracks spends against allocated project budget and control the cost within budget Bills and Payments

  • Certifies the bills of contractors and vendors

  • Follows up Accounts to ensure that the billing and payments are made in a timely manner

  • Identifies suitable Contractors/Consultant/vendors for various contracts

  • Provides technical/work scope inputs to Contracts and Budget team to prepare the contract and costing

  • Completely responsible for monitoring and execution of Project from Design stage, during Execution and till final handing to Customer

  • Project Management Provides scope of the work that is awarded such as accountabilities, authorities

  • Prepares detailed project plan such as work schedules

  • Ensures adherence to quality parameters, standards, compliances

  • Conducts weekly review meetings with Contractors on work progress, construction schedule, design or quality issues
    • Identifies issues hampering project progress

  • Resolves project related issues or bottlenecks

  • Coordinates with Contracts for fulfillment of material requirements and Coordinates.

  • Tracks and monitors progress of construction activities with respect to final drawings, schedule and budget


  • • Conducts daily meetings with team members to discuss progress and issues

  • Monitors quality of work by conducting visual inspections on a regular basis and scrutinizing reports.

  • MIS & Reporting - Prepares monthly/weekly/daily report on Project updates.

Who are we looking for?

  • Proven experience in high rise project in the real estate sector.

  • Experience in managing contractors to complete goals, objectives and schedules.

  • Understanding of the real estate development business Construction management, Project Management, New technologies in the Construction industry.

  • Knowledge of latest technologies and materials Value Engineering, MS Project.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Education:

  • BE / B Tech Civil Engineering

Experience:

  • 6+ years of experience in real estate in project management role.

Skills:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
