About the Role:

Ved Sanjeevani Ayurvedas is looking for an Influencer Marketing & Talent Relations Manager
who can help us scale influencer collaborations across India. The ideal candidate has a
strong personal network of micro, nano, and celebrity influencers
, as well as
connections with actors and content creators
for brand videos and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard
    micro, nano, and mid-tier influencers
    for Ayurveda, wellness, and lifestyle campaigns.
  • Coordinate
    low-cost influencer collaborations
    (barter, commission, or minimal payout).
  • Connect with
    actors and models
    for UGC and brand content shoots.
  • Build and maintain an
    Influencer Database
    with niche, pricing, and past collaborations.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage influencer deliverables and timelines.
  • Work closely with the
    marketing and content teams
    to ensure campaign alignment.
  • Plan influencer gifting, UGC collection, and monthly performance reports.

Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, brand collaborations, or casting.
  • Must have
    existing contacts
    across influencer networks, agencies, and managers.
  • Experience in
    wellness, beauty, skincare, or lifestyle
    brands preferred.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Self-driven, resourceful, and passionate about building brand visibility.
