Business Development Manager at a recruitment company, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and managing the sales process, ultimately ensuring the company's success. Responsibilities Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients within the recruitment industry. Develop and implement strategies to generate new leads and convert them into clients.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, both new and existing. Understand client needs and tailor recruitment solutions accordingly. Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to contract signing.

Business Development: Develop and execute business development plans to achieve revenue targets. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.

Negotiate contracts and close deals to secure new business. Relationship Management: Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services.

Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly and effectively. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure seamless delivery of services. Provide feedback and support to the team to improve performance.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and business development. Qualifications: Experience: Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably within the recruitment industry. Required SkillsCommunication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence others.

Sales: Strong sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals. Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute effective business development strategies.
