Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead customer service teams.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance.
- Ensure high-quality customer service is consistently delivered.
- Develop and enforce customer service policies and procedures.
- Prepare regular reports on customer feedback, trends, and performance.
- Address and resolve service disruptions or crisis scenarios.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and people management abilities.
- Minimum 4 years of experience.
