Customer Care Executive

We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Care Executive with strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in handling customer interactions and providing effective support, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages to assist customers.
- Provide accurate and clear information regarding products, services, and processes.
- Resolve customer queries and issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the system.
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned department and follow up for resolution.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining regular follow-ups.
- Support the team in achieving service quality and performance targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in a customer service or client-facing role.
- Excellent communication skills (English & Malayalam) – both verbal and written.
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office; CRM knowledge is an advantage).
Preferred Qualities:
- Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.
- Ability to remain calm and patient under pressure.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
