Deputy Area Manager - Business Loans - Indirect
Job Purpose
This position is open with Bajaj Finance Ltd. An effective communicator with exceptional relationship management skills and the ability to relate to people at all levels of business and management. This role requires working collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
Duties and Responsibilities- All system enhancement, design, development, testing, and rollout with the help of various stakeholders (COE, IT, Ops, etc.).
- Delivery of volume from service channels (cashier & call center service).
- Delivery of volume from newly identified channels such as digital and CIBIL watch.
- Daily system/process support to the sales team.
- Daily business MIS preparation and rollout.
- Monthly incentive calculation and rollout.
- Contest calculation and rollout.
- Liaise with HR team for activities such as R&R, Auto Promotion, IJP rollout, annual and mid-year PMs closure, etc.
- Track and manage on-roll & off-roll headcount and productivity.
- Liaise with Risk team for offer generation, policy changes, etc.
- Classroom training & training over calls for any new enhancements or changes in products/processes.
- Allocation of monthly offer base to sales/call center team.
- Conduct various business meets such as ZSM/RSM meets and contest-based trips.
- Manage portfolio metrics, ensuring collection of early delinquent cases and tracking EWS location management.
- Manage various vendors, ensuring timely onboarding and payout calculations.
- Provide monthly inputs for SMT reporting and deck preparation.
- Provide annual inputs for LRS & AOP deck preparation.
Major Challenges- Major system issues and turnaround time for their resolution.
- Frequent system changes.
- Rollout of new system enhancements/customer communication across various channels.

Key Working Relationships Internal Clients:- Connect with various internal departments (COE, Sales, Marketing, Credit, Ops, RCU, Collections & Compliance).
- Connect with HR department for various activities.
External Clients:- Mapping of market competition and practices.
- Meeting with external vendors along with IT.
