This role requires strong communication, organizational skills, attention to detail, and a desire to learn about Human Resources within the healthcare sector. Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Staffing: Assist in posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating the selection process.
  • Onboarding & Orientation: Help with the orientation of new employees, collect necessary paperwork, and assist in preparing orientation materials.
  • Employee Records & Databases: Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Employee Engagement: Support the organization of employee engagement activities, company events, and training sessions.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including filing, managing HR correspondence, and preparing reports.
  • HR Projects & Research: Participate in HR projects, conduct research on HR best practices and labor laws, and help prepare HR communications.
  • Compliance: Assist in monitoring compliance with company policies and relevant labor laws in the healthcare sector.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Working knowledge of MS Office suite, HRIS, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is often required.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organization: Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Attention to Detail: A strong commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to interact effectively with employees and the HR team.
