
HR Intern

Helps with recruitment, onboarding new hires, maintaining employee records, coordinating HR events, and providing administrative support to the HR department. They assist in managing HR databases, supporting employee relations, conducting HR research, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. This role requires strong communication, organizational skills, attention to detail, and a desire to learn about Human Resources within the healthcare sector. Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Staffing: Assist in posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating the selection process.
- Onboarding & Orientation: Help with the orientation of new employees, collect necessary paperwork, and assist in preparing orientation materials.
- Employee Records & Databases: Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Employee Engagement: Support the organization of employee engagement activities, company events, and training sessions.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including filing, managing HR correspondence, and preparing reports.
- HR Projects & Research: Participate in HR projects, conduct research on HR best practices and labor laws, and help prepare HR communications.
- Compliance: Assist in monitoring compliance with company policies and relevant labor laws in the healthcare sector.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Working knowledge of MS Office suite, HRIS, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is often required.
- Soft Skills:
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organization: Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Attention to Detail: A strong commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to interact effectively with employees and the HR team.
