Role Overview
As the People & Culture Head, you will design and lead Zelbaxe's hiring, onboarding, performance, retention, and culture systems. This is not a regular HR role; this is about building the human foundation behind 100+ businesses.

Key Responsibilities
- Design a complete hiring pipeline, from job descriptions to interview processes.

  • Identify and recruit top talent across multiple divisions.

  • Develop onboarding systems, documentation, and 90-day success frameworks.

  • Set up performance reviews, OKRs, KPIs, and feedback mechanisms.

  • Build company culture, values, and internal communication systems.

  • Plan and manage training and development programs for team members.

  • Create retention strategies, rewards, and recognition programs.

  • Collaborate with founders and team leads on organization structure and hiring priorities.

Ideal Candidate
- 2–5+ years of experience in HR, Talent Management, or People Operations.

  • Startup or fast-scaling environment experience preferred.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Expertise in hiring, sourcing, and interview processes.

  • Experience in performance management and learning & development systems.

  • Culture-building mindset with high ownership and adaptability.
