About Networkz Systems:
Networkz Systems is a leading IT training institute dedicated to providing industry-focused technical education. We are looking for a motivated **HR Intern** to support our HR and recruitment activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in end-to-end recruitment including job posting, sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
* Support onboarding procedures and help maintain employee and candidate records.
* Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, internship letters, and attendance sheets.
* Help organize employee engagement activities and internal training programs.
* Maintain and update HR trackers, databases, and documentation.
* Provide administrative and HR support as needed.
Required Skills:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment.
* Good organisational and multitasking abilities.
* Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
* Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Eligibility:
* Graduate or pursuing graduation in HR, Management, or related fields.
* Freshers passionate about HR are encouraged to apply.
Stipend:
* 6,000 per month
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: ₹6,000.00 per month
