We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR & Operations Intern to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about people management, enjoys coordination, and is eager to learn how HR and Operations work together in a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record, update, and maintain staff attendance and HR documents.
  • Prepare and circulate formal communication mails including announcements, notices, and updates to staff, interns, and students.
  • Assist in managing internship onboarding, documentation, and HR support activities.
  • Network with HR professionals from different companies and maintain healthy collaborations.
  • Support and coordinate hiring and placement activities, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to plan and conduct events, workshops, and training sessions.
  • Work closely with staff to ensure tasks are executed smoothly and on time.
  • Provide operational support wherever required to keep daily functions running efficiently.

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Stipend:

₹5,000/- per month for 3 months (MBA HR Freshers Preferred)

Growth Opportunity

After 3 months, based on satisfactory performance, the intern will be promoted to a full-time HR & Operations Executive.
