Key Responsibilities:
Outlet Operations & Management
- Supervise daily operations of all assigned outlets in Surat.
- Ensure adherence to brand SOPs, quality standards, hygiene, and safety norms.
- Conduct regular audits and surprise checks to maintain operational discipline.
Team Management
- Hire, train, and manage outlet staff in coordination with HR.
- Provide leadership and motivation to store managers and crew.
- Conduct performance reviews and assist in resolving staff issues.
Sales & Profitability
- Set and monitor sales targets for each outlet.
- Analyze P&L reports and take corrective actions to optimize profitability.
- Drive upselling and customer retention strategies.
Customer Experience
- Ensure excellent customer service and fast resolution of complaints.
- Maintain high Net Promoter Scores (NPS) across outlets.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback for improvements.
Inventory & Cost Control
- Oversee stock management, order placement, and inventory audits.
- Control wastage, pilferage, and manage cost of goods sold (COGS).
- Liaise with suppliers and central procurement team for stock replenishment.
Marketing & Promotions
- Execute local marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Work with the central team to launch new menu items, offers, or initiatives.
Reporting & MIS
- Prepare and present weekly/monthly reports on outlet performance.
- Track KPIs including footfall, conversion rate, AOV (Average Order Value), and customer satisfaction.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate in Hospitality / Business / Hotel Management; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in QSR, caf chains, or F&B retail (tea/coffee chains preferred).
- Strong team leadership and people management skills.
- Familiarity with POS systems, inventory software, and MS Excel.
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati (preferred).
- Ability to travel within Surat extensively.
