Role & responsibilities
- Responsible for the complete management of sales targets and CNF , Super Stockiest and distribution for a particular Area within a region for entire range of products.
- Responsible for Primary, Secondary sales for entire location.
- Handling distributors & Super Stockiest and their appointments.
- Looking after major key accounts.
- Negotiating & organizing makeover activities in all the Major accounts.
- Develops sales strategies for his Area in conjunction with Regional Sales Manager & Drives key initiatives in the region through his team of Front line field staff.
- Manages the environment (Customers, Influencers). Identifies opportunities and manages them in a favourable manner.
- Responsible for monitoring the field staff activities.
- Liaisons with Trade Marketing teams and Area Sales Manager in rolling out promotional plans and product launches with appointment of all field sales staff.
- Co-ordinates with the overall Regional Sales Head to obtain the necessary support.
- Monitors and reports on competition activity

To be a sales manager, you'll need to have:
Excellent sales and negotiation skills, Good business sense.

Excellent communication and 'people management skills'
