Key Responsibilities:

Market Expansion: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the solar energy sector.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Sales Leadership: Lead sales initiatives to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Solution Selling: Understand client requirements and provide customized solar solutions aligning with their needs.

Sales Presentations & Negotiation: Prepare and deliver impactful presentations; negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.

Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipelines, and activity reports.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, project, and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.

Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through networking, market research, and digital platforms.

Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to ensure long-term satisfaction.

Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver impactful product and solution presentations to potential customers.

Quotation & Proposal Generation: Prepare technical and commercial quotations, proposals, and tender documents in coordination with internal teams.

Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new growth opportunities.

Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve service quality and product offerings.

Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance reports.

Negotiation & Deal Closure: Negotiate terms and close deals effectively to achieve sales targets

Qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Electrical, or related field; MBA preferred.

 3–5 years of proven experience in Solar Sales, preferably in Renewable Energy industry.

 Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

 Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

 Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on emerging market opportunities.

 Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications.

 Willingness to travel as per business requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
