- **Job Summary**:_
- **Key Responsibilities**:_

Business Development:

- Identify and pursue new sales leads through various channels (e.g., cold calling, networking, online platforms, referrals).
- Conduct market research and identify potential customers within the target market (residential, commercial, industrial).
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Conducted site visits and performed technical assessments of customer needs.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and track key metrics (e.g., leads, appointments, proposals, closures).
- **Sales & Revenue Generation**:_
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals profitably.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies.
- **Teamwork & Collaboration**:_
- Collaborate effectively with other team members (e.g., marketing, installation, project management).
- Share best practices and knowledge within the sales team.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
- **Qualifications**:_
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the renewable energy or a related industry.
- Strong understanding of the solar energy market and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Pay: ₹20,524.41 - ₹25,368.69 per month
