**Job Purpose**: As a Sales Executive Your responsibilities include cold calling, lead generation, lead generation through online inquiries and conducting visits. And maintaining client relationships, overseeing the sales process. B2B Sales In Solar Industry.
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Gujarat.
- Promote and sell **Solar PV Modules**:
- Manage **B2B and Channel Sales** activities
- Develop and expand dealer/distributor networks
- Generate leads through online platforms, cold calls, events, and referrals
- Respond to online and social media inquiries
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product presentations
- Prepare sales quotations, follow up on leads, and close deals
- Maintain daily sales reports and updates
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors
- Ensure customer satisfaction and handle post-sales support
**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (BBA, BE/B.Tech, MBA preferred)
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in **solar sales**:
- Sound knowledge of the **solar energy market in Gujarat**:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
