**Duration / Location**:Full Time / Lasundra, Kathwada Road

**Work Hours**:Reporting Time: 9.15 am, Hours: 9:30 am to 6.30 pm, Monday to Saturday

**Position**:Project Executive - Operation & Maintenance Supervisor

**Primary Role**: Operation & maintenance of solar plant.

**Responsibilities**:
Perform routine operation and maintenance (O&M) activities for solar PV systems, including cleaning, inspections, and troubleshooting.

Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal system efficiency and mínimal downtime.

Record and report daily operational data, including energy generation, losses, and maintenance activities.

Diagnosing and repairing electrical and mechanical faults in solar equipment.

Liaise with vendors, contractors, and suppliers for procurement and maintenance needs.

Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging solar technologies.

Contribute to documentation, including maintenance logs and performance analysis reports.

**Experience**: 2 years - 3 years (Specific Solar Project / Solar Power Plant Operation & Maintenance)

**Age**: 28 Years and above (non-negotiable)

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
