Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team and drive people initiatives aligned with business goals. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, collaborating with HR Centers of Competence (CoCs) to deliver impactful talent strategies, foster organizational effectiveness, and uphold cultural integrity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Alignment: Partner with leadership to shape and execute talent agendas aligned with business strategy.
  • Talent Management: Lead initiatives to attract, develop, and retain top talent; manage executive lifecycle processes.
  • Workforce Planning: Support business growth through strategic staffing, succession planning, and site strategy.
  • Rewards & Engagement: Collaborate on compensation strategies and drive employee engagement programs.
  • Organizational Development: Recommend and implement structural and process improvements.
  • Learning & Culture: Identify learning needs and promote a strong, inclusive organizational culture.
  • Analytics & Budgeting: Leverage data insights for workforce planning and manage HR budgets effectively.
