Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Hyderabad. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment and onboarding, managing employee relations, drive HR policies, ensuring compliance, and facilitating training and development programs. Additionally, the HR Manager will work closely with management to implement strategies that promote a positive workplace culture and enhance employee engagement.
Qualifications
- 10-15 years of Experience in HR, with at least 3 yrs of experience in leading a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Should have relevant IT industry experience.
- Strong background in Recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and driving HR policies.
- Knowledge of compliance regulations.
- Skills in training and development program facilitation.
- Ability to work collaboratively with different departments and stake holders.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Those who can join in 0-30 days are preferred
- Should be willing to work from office
- Should have a consistent track record of association during employment
