Looking for Sales & BD Executive within the INTERIOR DESIGN / REAL ESTATE/ LUXURY INDUSTRY.

This role includes lead generation, structured follow ups, provide strategic insights and on ground business development. The candidate must be process oriented, consistent in outreach, and accountable for measurable results. Ensuring the company to grow as the studio of choice for premium and luxury interiors, candidate will act as brand ambassador, cultivating relationships, securing business, and shaping the goodwill of our brand.

Respond to incoming leads within 24 hrs.

Qualify leads through structured follow up calls, whtsp, and in person meetings

Achieve minimum 20% lead to consultation conversation rate in first quarter.

Build trust and empathy in every client interaction.

Share actionable insights with marketing team for social media campaigns and targetting.

Create , maintain, and continuously upgrade the company portfolio, presentation, and marketing collateral.

Minimum 3yrs of experience in sales/marketing within the interior design, real estate, or luxury industry.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales target.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Proficiency in CRM tools, MS oFFICE, AND PRESNTATION TOOLS( PPT/ CANVA)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
