About the Company
As an integral part of Advenza Global Limited Commercial team, the incumbent will be
managing a large portfolio of complex projects. The primary responsibility will be
developing the P2P finished formulation, Vials, stick packs, Capsules, Tablets etc. as well as
Probiotics global/domestic business development and strategy deployment, while working
with a range of internal stakeholders to create opportunities aligned with the organizations
strategy plan.
In this autonomous and entrepreneurial role, the incumbent will help achieve long term
organizational objectives and priorities by leading definable and measurable commercial
strategy goals and ensure that they are met.
Role & responsibilities
- Support the Chief Business Officer to chart out the long-term plan the P2P finished
formulation, Vials, stick packs, Capsules, Tablets etc. as well as Probiotics global/domestic
business development. Actively involved in the discussions with cross functional
stakeholders of Manufacturing, Finance, R&D, IP, and Commercial organization to structure
the long-range strategy roadmap.
- Structure the regional expansion exercise for key identified geographies for P2P finished
formulation as well as Probiotics global business development. Monitor the customer
acquisition plan identified for the markets.
- Lead the identification of novel portfolio opportunities for P2P finished formulation as well
as Probiotics global business development. Lead the commercial discussions for the
structuring and internal signoff of the business cases for these opportunities.
- Establish objectives and develops business strategies needed to build relationships with
identified strategic accounts.
- Develop corporate alliances in conjunction with the company's strategic plans and
implementation programs.
- Identify and assesses emerging business trends and economic requirements of the industry
and research, screens and recommends novel ways of doing business.
- Closely collaborate with executive and senior leadership across all functions to align
commercial priorities in line with the capabilities of the organization.
Required Candidate profile:
Preferred candidate profile
- 6-8 years experience with Bachelors/Masters/ MBA with Science background would be
preferred. Fresher may also apply.
- High energy individual with positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
