Requisites :

  • Experience in maintenance support and exposure to finance domain (capital market)
  • Leading IT operations team.
  • Working knowledge of Linux, Shell scripts, C/C++, database etc.
  • Operations management through ITIL / SDLC lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the IT Operations for specific applications.
  • Guide the team to implement various monitoring and alerting and to provide production support.
  • Lead the team to coordinate with various stakeholders and business owners
  • Implementing monitoring and alerting for uptime and availability
  • Interaction between the business owners and Application development team to facilitate issue resolution / incident management.
  • Oversee the scheduled activities and allocate work efficiently amongst resources in accordance with timelines
  • To work on feedback from users, Senior Management, Regulators etc for uptime and availability of website.
  • Manage regulatory inspection and internal audit.
