We're Hiring: Performance Marketing Associate (D2C)


Location:
Andheri, Mumbai (Work from Office)


Experience:
2–3 years in performance marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads & other paid channels)

We're looking for a
Performance Marketing Associate
who lives and breathes paid media, analytics, and creative testing – someone excited to work directly with the founders and make an impact from Day 1.


What You'll Do

Plan, launch & scale campaigns across
Meta Ads, Google Ads and other relevant paid platforms

Track & optimize KPIs like
ROAS, CAC, CTR, and conversion rates

Collaborate closely with the creative team to develop and test high-performing ad assets

Run
A/B tests
for creatives, copy & landing pages to improve results

Analyze campaign data, identify insights & share actionable recommendations

Efficiently manage and allocate campaign budgets to maximize ROI


What We're Looking For


2–3 years of experience
running paid campaigns in a D2C brand / digital agency

Strong hands-on expertise in
Meta Ads, Google Ads, and experience with other paid channels (e.g., YouTube Ads, Snapchat, etc.)

Confident with data & reporting tools:
Google Sheets, Google Analytics, Meta reporting dashboards

Analytical mindset with curiosity to learn & test new ideas

Bonus: Familiarity with
retention marketing, CRO, or email/SMS campaigns
