About the Role

We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented
Performance Marketing Associate
to join our team in Mumbai. This role is focused on managing performance campaigns for a key client across the
real estate, education, entertainment, and FMCG
sectors. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing Meta and Google Ads with a strong understanding of lead generation and conversion strategies for high-value products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and manage high-impact
    performance marketing campaigns
    across
    Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
    and
    Google Ads
    , focused on driving leads and conversions.
  • Work closely with the client to understand their
    business goals, target audience, and brand identity
    , and translate that into actionable campaign strategies.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify insights and trends within the
    Indian real estate and consumer sectors
    .
  • Shape the
    brand messaging and positioning
    to ensure it resonates with the target market and stands out from the competition.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and implement regular optimizations to improve
    ROI and cost efficiency
    .
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including content, design, and analytics, to ensure timely delivery and alignment with campaign objectives.
  • Stay up to date with emerging tools, trends, and best practices in digital marketing and apply them to client strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Advanced certifications in digital marketing or real estate marketing are a plus.
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in
    performance marketing and lead generation
    , preferably with exposure to the
    real estate or high-ticket B2C
    space.
  • Strong command over Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms, including setup, optimization, and performance tracking.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make
    data-driven decisions
    .
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work directly with clients and internal teams.
  • Comfortable handling multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and an interest in testing new ideas and approaches.
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to
    Mumbai
    , with the ability to work
    onsite from our Andheri (W) office
    .
